Communication Noise....

Disadvantages/Demerits always come with Advantages and Merits. Therefore, communication doesn’t have only affirmative points it also has negative side.  Negative side is nothing but communication Noise or to simplify it. What are the barriers/hurdles in process of communication or when we communicate. In any communication model, noise is interference with the decoding of messages sent over a channel by an encoder. few examples of noise:

Environmental noise - Noise that physically disrupts communication, for e.g. In clubs on dance floor its hardly any way of communication because club is fully equipped by enormous music.

Physiological-impairment noise - Physical maladies that prevent effective communication, for e.g. One has to send message through phone but the person on other end   suffering from weak capacity of listening .

Semantic noise - Different interpretations of the meanings of certain words. For e.g., the word "weed" can be interpreted as an undesirable plant in a yard, or as a euphemism for marijuana.

Syntactical noise - Mistakes in grammar can disrupt communication, For e.g.  erroneous grammar can make difficult to understand message. 

Organizational noise - Poorly structured communication can prevent the receiver from accurate interpretation. For e.g. unclear and badly stated directions can make the receiver even more lost.

Cultural noise - Stereotypical assumptions can cause misunderstandings, For e.g. like me praises allah when i yawn 

Psychological noise - Certain attitudes can also make communication difficult. For instance, great anger or sadness may cause someone to lose focus on the present moment. 

Above mentioned are the key ingredients to make communication noise free therefore the message can be conveyed on properly. and one can take care of such noises before communicating. as this above noises are natural but sometime noise or miscommunication happens by being egoistic and showing tantrums and attitudes.

How one can create impression through Communication ....

Communication is so interesting when we pursue it with whom we want. Otherwise it’s just professional sometimes.  It happens very frequently, we have to speak to those who we really care about and just sake of work or job necessity we have to do it. To create a interest and commonality it’s very important to stick to the same topic and domain. Also, in very early stage of communication we always talk about the basic information of each other. 

its very important to know the essence of the communication. Because, every other relation has its essence that the communication which we do with our parents we don’t do that with our friends and vice versa. In similar manner, we do communication possessing some interest hidden in it. it can be done with out any intention/topic or even it happens because of profession.

A proper conversation with proper communication is vital to convey one’s message that too one has to be in his/her domain and constrains to convey it. Usually, we, humans have lot many things to say or communicate to others and world but for every communication has its own platform to perform. for e.g. politicians communicate by rally and speeches and family member discuss or communicate on dinning table.

it’s universally accepted that first impression is last impression. However, impression also matters how u communicate and what you communicate. Therefore, no matter how is your attire and looks, moment you open your mouth for communication purpose it reflects your personality and which is directly proportionally to your impression and your quality. Hence, communication being prominent tool to conquer everyone’s heart and impress everyone.

Communication being so important, one has to be confident enough to present him/her self while communicating. So. it may be presentation or in casual chat. One has to keep in mind that where how we are speaking and where we are speaking. everyone has choices and specifications to be what you are therefore anyone can chose to communicate who ever they want.

Communication being very simple term has lot of significance hidden in it. It’s the tool or medium through lot of things can be put under control. So, it may be discrepancies or doubt’s .Before getting into it, I never gave second thought that this simple term will have so, vast implication in day-to-day life. As, communication has multiple theories, but after learning them I could feel that every other way of communication is related to theory. All theories regarding communication have vast implementation in society. It is used intentionally or unintentionally by every second person.

It’s very simple to communicate but complex to sustain. Mainly, it happens because of common interest or sometimes it happens because of professionally. It’s the method where u can experience relax and distress after communicating all that wired feelings going in your core. Although u like the communication performing with your dear one’s and friends but once a while if they don’t entertain you, Your sweet talks turns into hoarse tongue and everything gets ruin.

Again, to be very peculiar if communication is good everyone will listen to you but for that your command over language should also be up to the mark however, one should always be concerned is message getting conveyed through the medium of communication. Message can be anything. Method can be different, even medium can also vary but basic communication should be present. Communication has multiple types, ways, and manners. It can be one way, two ways or multiple way of communication. One should always remain the grass root of conducting it.

Initially human hardly used to talk to anyone just because of scarcity of methods and technology, one used to be very glad to communicate with some other beloved or dear person, if gets such opportunity. However, now a days, we have choice, likes and dislikes, so , we have restricted to be open to everyone and even scared to release our sentiments and feeling to someone. Though, we have got tremendous opportunity to be in touch with everyone but do we really keep in touch with everyone.

Communication, merely a general word to express views and thoughts. However, when we look in to the depth of term, we realize, though term seems to be simple but it’s full of complexity. Multiple definitions of communication give a vast study of it and theories related to it are regarded to one’s life in practical manner. Communication, varies for everyone in their precise field for e.g. for leader and politician its weapon and tool to reach to audience and voters.

Human is social animal and he can’t be alive without communication to anyone. The more we communicate, the more we come close to each other. I still remember Airtel  sim card brand has used slogan of “ Baat ksrne se he baat banti hai “. The slogan has so, versatile definition and explanation which is applicable to be openly communicative to anyone. To woo annoyed friend or to bargain with shopkeeper communication is the way of resolution.

Communication is not restricted to language or words, It can pursued by non verbally like sign, symbols, gesture, etc. the most interesting part of such communication (Non verbal ) is its boundless and can share u feeling and sentiments through your means provided interest of sender and receiver should be same. We find such communication in two people who feel for each other same but never speak up just show some gestures or body language which please to each other. The best example for nonverbal example is communication between new born baby and his/her mother.  

Verbal and Non verbal communication both are prominent part of our life. We dwell in 21^st century and that too in so much of technologies around through which we can be in touch with everyone and anyone we want in the world.  Therefore, accepting the fact, Communication is next to liveliness. I end my article denoting to be communicative that too sensibly and logically.
